We aim to keep our policy simple.

When it comes to returns, exchanges, or refunds we try to do what's right and help you out.  If it's our fault we fix it, if it's your fault we try to do what's right. Returns, shipping, and/or restock fees may apply.

AQUAPONIC SYSTEM POLICIES

How We Do It

  • All aquaponic systems require a 50% deposit when the work order is created. If you have placed a deposit and you change your mind before construction begins you will be given a 100% refund.

  • Once construction begins your deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance is due once construction of the system is complete, before introduction of livestock or seedlings into the aquaponics system.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless otherwise noted. If a refund or exchange is authorized, it must be accompanied with original receipt.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or warranties on any aquaponics systems, special order or custom built items.

  • Due to the nature of livestock, seedlings, and many other factors out of our control, we highly encourage everyone to research or ask first about livestock care/compatibility before purchasing.

PRODUCTS POLICIES

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless otherwise noted. If a refund or exchange is authorized, it must be accompanied with original receipt.

  • Due to the nature of livestock and many other factors out of our control, we highly encourage everyone to research or ask first about livestock care/compatibility before purchasing.

  • No warranties, exchanges, or refunds on any special order or custom built items. No warranties, exchanges, or refunds on any livestock.

  • No warranties, exchanges, or refunds on any DRY GOODS (Lighting, pumps, etc.) However, if product is defective or needs to be serviced, please feel free to contact us.

  • No exchange, refunds, or warranties on any CUSTOM MODIFICATION FABRICATION to systems, lighting systems, filtration, etc. Any refund or exchange must be dealt with in person.

  • Products can be subject to a restocking fee based on the time of the purchase and the condition of the product. The credited amount on returns may be limited based on the assessment of X-Aponics LLC employees.

  • X-Aponics, LLC is not responsible or liable for any lost or forgotten products.

  • X-Aponics LLC reserves the right to refuse any form of service (including returns and exchanges) to all customers on all merchandise at any time for any reason.
