AQUAPONIC SYSTEM POLICIES
How We Do It

All aquaponic systems require a 50% deposit when the work order is created. If you have placed a deposit and you change your mind before construction begins you will be given a 100% refund.

Once construction begins your deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance is due once construction of the system is complete, before introduction of livestock or seedlings into the aquaponics system.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless otherwise noted. If a refund or exchange is authorized, it must be accompanied with original receipt.

No refunds, exchanges, or warranties on any aquaponics systems, special order or custom built items.

Due to the nature of livestock, seedlings, and many other factors out of our control, we highly encourage everyone to research or ask first about livestock care/compatibility before purchasing.
